Qualify leads and set up appointments between the prospect and the Business Development Manager- Utilize Outreach technology to nurture new leads and follow up on existing leads
- Serve as the first point of contact
- Exhibit strong customer service and follow-through skills
- Utilize persistence and interpersonal skills to build strong initial relationships
- Assist Business Development Manager by establishing active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential leads through Outreach technology
