As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your strategic planning and sales skills will be essential in expanding our market reach and achieving sales targets.

For example, a $100 sale at 10% commission would earn you $10. The final commission rate will be discussed and agreed upon during negotiations. If you're driven, the earning potential is unlimited.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential new markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and achieve sales targets
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions and progress with clients
- Assist in project management activities related to business development initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive business growth
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
- Proficiency in software applications relevant to the role
