About the Role
This is a high touch, sales role for someone who wants to drive deals, engage directly with real estate
investors, and build a path toward closing complex loans. You'll be identifying opportunities, learning deal
structure, and moving opportunities forward with speed and precision. Whether you're interested in a career
in finance, sales, or something else, success here comes down to drive, strong phone communication, and
the ability to execute. You'll be mentored by experienced Senior Account Executives and get exposure
to real estate lending, capital markets, and structured sales in a deal-driven environment.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in South Central Austin, TX, with Monday-Friday business hours.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
