About the Role
NSPG Realty is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our fast-growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves creating structure, and enjoys supporting both people and systems. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate marketing efforts, oversee vendor programs, and help maintain the culture and professionalism that earned us 200+ five-star reviews and multiple top producer awards.
Key Responsibilities Include:Operations
- Manage team calendars, meeting agendas, and recurring accountability systems.
- Maintain, develop, and refine SOPs for repeatable processes across the business.
- Oversee lead routing, database hygiene, and CRM operations.
- Provide weekly performance dashboards, reports, and operational updates to leadership.
- Oversee building and office management, including vendor scheduling, maintenance, and general facility needs.
Marketing & Vendor Relations
- Coordinate with marketing support on listing materials, social media content, and brand campaigns.
- Ensure team brand guidelines are consistently executed across all platforms.
- Maintain and grow the Gold Standard Vendor Program, strengthening relationships with preferred vendors, contractors, and community partners.
- Support planning and execution of client events, community sponsorships, and vendor partnerships.
- Expand vendor relationships to provide additional value for clients and the team.
Team Support & Culture
- Serve as the point of contact for agent operational needs.
- Support onboarding and training logistics for new team members.
- Uphold and promote NSPG culture, systems, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy: CRM platforms, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in operations, marketing coordination, office management, or real estate team support is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
