The Boeing Chief Aerospace Safety Office (CASO) Business Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Everett, Washington, to lead the management system and overall business integration activities on behalf of the CASO leadership team. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including, Senior (Level 4), and Senior (Level 5) Business Operations Specialist.
The Chief Aerospace Safety Office has dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams responsible for ensuring safe, compliant products and services across the Enterprise, as well as advancing an enduring, effective global safety ecosystem, using the Safety Management System as the over-arching approach for how we work.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for CASO management system leadership and execution, including facilitating the overall operating rhythm and internal/external deliverables and reporting, driving an efficient, predictable, yet flexible management system in CASO
Supports development and drive execution of CASO strategies and goals
Develops ExCo level presentations for internal and external use
Coordinate business integration activities across the Enterprise business units and functions.
Ensure alignment and integration; supporting informed, data-driven decision-making through organizational knowledge, strategic thinking and analysis, and proactive problem-solving
Lead various elements of running the business, including managing the overall staffing integration and reporting process and managing operational details
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Everett, WA site.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years prior Business Operations or related experience
3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
3+ years developing executive presentations
5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high level projects for executives or senior leadership
5+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Senior (Level 5): 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Prior Boeing work experience
5+ years of experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple priorities

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Senior – Level 4): $115,600 – $156,400
Summary Pay Range (Senior – Level 5): $141,950 - $$192,050
