The role of the busser is to assist the servers in multiple ways. Bussers set up tables with silverware/condiments, clearing tables, cleaning tables, assisting with side work, assist with running food trays to tables. Bussers must be able to work in fast paced environment with great multi-tasking abilities. The pay rate for a busser is minimum wage plus tips.
