Cabinet Installer
We manufacture and install custom cabinets and are seeking a skilled cabinet installer to join our team. Bob’s Cabinets & More has been serving the local community for over 25 years and is the premier cabinet company in Lake Havasu City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of previous installation experience including cabinets, countertops, and hardware. The candidate will be responsible for performing residential and commercial installations according to project specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Work Area: Lake Havasu City and surrounding areas
Hours: 7a – 3:30p
Overtime Eligible: Yes
Pay: $20 - $26/hour, based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform installation and maintenance tasks according to project and schedule specifications while ensuring our high standards of quality are maintained.
· Review and interpret layouts, diagrams, technical drawings, verbal instructions, and other project documentation.
· Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and installation.
· Install various components such as cabinets, countertops, knobs, handles, closet systems, and storage cabinets.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
· Conduct repair work as needed.
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and instructions from management.
· Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Work and Experience Qualifications
· REQUIRED - 5 years of previous experience in cabinet and carpentry installations.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Experience in reading and interpreting plans.
· Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and endure extreme heat such as 100+ degree weather.
· Approach work in a meticulous, thorough, and detailed manner.
· Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as determined by the hiring manager.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
