Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Utilize medical terminology when assisting callers with healthcare-related inquiries.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in data entry tasks as required to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Preferred Experience - No Experience Needed
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with medical office operations and medical terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate responses.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism is a plus.

Pay: $69,213.00 - $95,323.00 per year
