We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring each interaction reflects our high standards of care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional support
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Document all interactions and update customer records in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or related role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
Strong time management and organizational skills
