Under the general direction of the Transfer Center Manager, this role ensures the smooth operation of JATA’s Fixed Route service by dispatching buses, monitoring schedules, communicating with drivers via two-way radio, and responding to breakdowns or emergencies. Responsibilities include maintaining scheduling software, updating drivers on route changes or weather conditions, selling bus and Indian Trails tickets, and ensuring policy compliance. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are required. This position operates in an office environment with occasional physical activity, including lifting up to 25 pounds
