Requirements for Joining Our Team as Caregivers
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in caregiving (e.g., CNA, HHA) is preferred but not required.
- Preferably at least 1 year of previous experience in caregiving or a related field is advantage.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Clear driving record.
- Drug screening may be required.
- Familiarity with basic healthcare practices and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and transferring clients.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Willingness to undergo training and continuing education as required.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) for patients in home and community settings.
- Monitor and observe patients' health conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure a clean living environment.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and their families to support emotional well-being.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards while delivering care in various settings, including group homes and nursing facilities.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
