Morrison Center is seeking a Contracted Community Care manager for their Brewer Maine location. This is a Hybrid position with flexibility to work from home and also to have hands on in person engagement. MUST BE IN MAINE!
Requirements of the Coordinator Program Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or adults in human services
- Experience with PCPs, family systems, and the Evergreen system is preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism

Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Pay: $65/hour
- Contract Duration: Rolling, reviewed annually
- Notice Period: 30 days’ notice required for termination
- Schedule: Flexible hours (Monday–Friday)
- Location: Remote with travel for home/community visits in the Brewer area
Responsibilities of the Community Case Manager:
- Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals
- Develop and manage Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), assessments, and service goals
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with Department of Health and Human Services requirements
- Conduct monthly home visits and maintain open communication with clients and families
- Perform research and collaborate with service providers to ensure effective supports are in place
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate in the community
