Duties

- Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers through effective product demos and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries or resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in managing transactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and change calculation.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
