Job Summary: The Cashier/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing cashier duties, taking orders from the drive-thru, and taking phone call orders. This individual must be able to work efficiently and quickly to ensure that customers are served in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Take orders from the drive-thru, ensuring that the correct items are being ordered and that any special requests are noted.
- Take phone call orders and ensure that they are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands: The position involves standing for extended periods of time, and the employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Environment: The position involves working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires the ability to multitask and stay focused amidst distractions. The employee must be able to work in a noisy environment, with frequent interruptions.
