We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Cashier to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Manage reservations and waitlists to optimize seating efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Assist with food service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous host/host experience or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience in hotel guest services or serving roles is advantageous.
- Ability to handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy (phone etiquette).

Pay: $123.00 - $189.95 per day
