Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and experienced Casting Manager to support and help drive casting operations across all Ralph Lauren brands. Reporting to the Casting Lead, the Casting Manager will play a key role in sourcing and booking talent for Women’s, Men's and Kids content.
This person will collaborate closely with the Agency and Design teams to execute best-in-class casting for Ralph Lauren’s iconic portfolio—including Polo, Lauren, Collection, Purple Label, Home, and additional lifestyle categories. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain detailed tracking systems, and adapt to evolving creative and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with external partners under guidance of the casting lead(e.g. agents, talent reps) to request and organize materials needed for projects.
- Gather and organize internal requests and project details to support team planning and execution.
- Source talent and create clear, well-organized presentations showcasing talent, including sourcing images and compiling bios and project-relevant details.
- Support the distribution, collection, and organization of talent contracts through to final execution.
- Occasionally take full ownership of projects from conception to completion. Regularly update internal teams and stakeholders with project progress and key next steps
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in a casting or talent agency
- Experience in negotiating competitive day rates, scheduling and usage
- Advance knowledge in Casting or agency experience within content, fashion, digital media, advertising, and fashion industry
- Interest in the editorial and advertising talent landscape across larger fashion/luxury and industry facing outlets as well as pop culture
- Experience with deck building in InDesign and or keynote
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple casting requests and remain focused
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver
