- MUST HOLD ACTIVE CMT LICENSE IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND !!!!!
- Must have an active CPR certification.
- Administer routine and as needed medications daily, either prescription or non-prescription to patients.
- Coordinate with the nurse to assist with patient care and medications.
- Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring safety.
- Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
- Record medication dosages and times, as well as prn results.
- Observe patients, document and report any changes in their condition.
- Gather samples and send to the lab for anylysis when ordered.
- Uphold all health and safety standards.
- Respond to patient emergencies as per policy.
- Be able to use intercom systems, to identify patient needs, to answer phones and take messages.
- Represent Darlington assisted living in a professional manner, always putting the needs of our residents first.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work as a team player
- FLEXIBILITY to pick up shifts as needed.
- Patience and understanding for geriatric patients and patients with mental illnesses

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
