Our expanding optometry office is seeking a Receptionist for our check out department.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
* Entering all charges including vision and medical, entering insurances, glasses and contact lens orders, and any other products sold within our practice
* Answering calls regarding billing or statements
* Accepting cash, checks, and credit card payments
* Completing end of day reports and deposits
* Scheduling appointments
Office Hours are as followed: Mondays: 8am - 6:30pm, Tuesday - Friday: 8am - 5:30pm
Saturdays: 8am - 12:30pm with 1 day off during the week and 1 Saturday off per month.
