We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Plan and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Manage food production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs of guests.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
- Handle shift management responsibilities to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
- Strong background in fine dining, restaurant management, or catering services.
- Experience with menu planning, food production, and kitchen management is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and food safety standards.
- Strong culinary skills with proficiency in cooking techniques across various cuisines.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles and customer service excellence is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
