Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our chiropractic practice by assisting with patient care, documentation tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physiology and anatomy, along with excellent patient service skills.
Work Hours are as follows:
Monday- 8:00am to 11:30am, 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Tuesday - 8:00 am to Noon.
Wednesday- 8:00am to 11:30am, 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Thursday- 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Friday- 8:00am to Noon.
Duties
- Assist chiropractors in providing care to patients by preparing treatment areas and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use.
- Conduct initial patient assessments to gather relevant medical history and current health concerns.
- Educate patients about treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to promote overall health.
- Use EHR to maintain accurate patient treatment records efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment progress and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic to create a positive atmosphere for patients.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to enhance patient care and improve clinic operations.
- Carry out therapy orders for patients as instructed by the treating chiropractor.

- Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure appropriate treatment plans are developed.
- Proficient in using office software for scheduling and record keeping, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with patients and staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
