We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the chiropractor and providing exceptional patient care. We are a busy office helping people with headaches, migraines, vertigo, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica and disc issues. Most of these people have tried everything already, pain killers, muscle relaxers, PT, massage ect. We're often their final hope! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required, we will train you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs, recording medical history.
- Provide excellent patient service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the office
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing payments
- Assist with decompression table and note taking.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, restocking as needed
Skills:
- Strong patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn our scheduling software

Our official office hours end at 6, but we are typically finishing up around 6:15-30.
Some morning hours may be available in the future but not required.
