We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Church Drummer to join our church music community. This role is essential in fostering a full band to support the music groups of the church and events that include music.Responsibilities
- Lead music ministry along with the music ministry team, and coordinate worship services, ensuring they are engaging and spiritually enriching.
- Collaborate and oversee the music at church services. community events, programs, and activities that promote fellowship and spiritual development.
- Collaborate with church leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for ministry growth.
- Facilitate Bible studies, prayer groups, and other educational opportunities for congregants.
- Partner with music staff to maintain excellent condition of all instruments and band equipment.
- Represent the church in community outreach initiatives to foster relationships beyond the congregation.
Qualifications
- A strong personal faith aligned with the beliefs of our church community.
- Previous experience in a church or ministry setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent drumming and music skills, and familiar with gospel, hymns, and spiritual songs.
- A heart for service and a passion for helping others grow in their faith journey.
