DESCRIPTION
Eagle Quest is seeking a Claims Specialist to join our administrative team! Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and problem-solving? Eagle Quest is seeking a Claims Specialist to play a key role in our Administrative Department. In this vital position, you'll oversee multiple revenue streams, such as Medicaid and third-party billing and claims, as well as regular quality assurance duties including daily approval and denial of provider claims, regular case file audits, and service field audits. You'll also support the Office Manager with general office administration, always maintaining confidentiality and precision.
Duties:
- Fiscal and Billing
- Weekly & Monthly billing of all claims.
- Weekly billing & clean-up of non-processed claims
- Weekly posting of paid claims
- Monthly revenue reports to management meeting
- Monthly eligibility verification of all clients in care
- Annual eligibility renewal for all clients in care
- Processing of all Medicaid claim audits
- Provider enrollment maintenance for all new and existing providers
- Weekly processing of client co-pays
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED - required
- Ability to keep employee information confidential
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Claim Processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
- Must be able to pass FBI and Interstate fingerprint background check as well as CANS (Child Abuse and Neglect) from state registry
- Previous Administrative experience required
