We’re hiring someone smart, hungry, and reliable to help us move deals forward. No prior finance experience needed—we’ll train you on everything. You’ll be working directly with our funding team to submit client applications, track approvals, and make sure files get funded.
What You’ll Do:
- Join Zoom meetings and learn our entire process from start to finish
- Submit loan and credit card applications for clients (we show you how)
- Call or text clients to verify info and keep deals moving
- Update internal tracking sheets so we know where every deal stands
- Follow up with lenders to get deals across the finish line
What We’re Looking For:
- You show up every day and get things done
- You can follow directions, ask smart questions, and take feedback
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and don’t let things slip through the cracks
- You’re tech-savvy enough to learn tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, and CRMs
- You’re obsessed with getting better and growing into a higher-paid role

- You aren’t comfortable being on Zoom calls or handling clients
- You aren’t good at following up or taking notes
