Client Relations Receptionist – Tails Pet Resort (Las Vegas, NV)

Tails Pet Resort is a premier pet daycare and boarding facility in Las Vegas, dedicated to providing top-tier care, comfort, and enrichment for dogs. Our team is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and professional environment for both pets and their owners.
We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented experienced receptionist to join our front desk team. This is the first point of contact for our clients, so a friendly attitude and love for animals is a must!
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible scheduling available)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously
- Schedule daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments using our reservation system (training provided)
- Check pets in and out, ensuring accurate records of feeding, medications, and special care needs
- Process payments and manage client accounts
- Provide clear communication to pet owners regarding policies, updates, and services
- Support smooth front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and light cleaning/organization of the lobby
- Collaborate with pet care staff to ensure exceptional client and pet experiences
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred (hospitality, veterinary, or pet care experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy (comfortable with scheduling systems, email, and payment processing)
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Passion for animals and providing outstanding customer care
