VCM Family Medicine is seeking exceptional, highly motivated, skilled and engaging professionals to immediately fill Medical Receptionist position. This position is located in our Aldie, VA (near to Ashburn/Chantilly/South Riding) office. Applicants will need at least 1 year experience as a receptionist in health care setting.
Medical Receptionist responsibilities include
- Assisting at the front desk include scheduling appointments, verify patient insurance, place reminder calls, etc.
- Check-in and check-out of patient.
- Strong communication (bi-lingual is a plus) and interpersonal skills.
- Handle patient paper work and liaise with insurances.
- Able to do prior-authorizations and referrals.
- Cleaning and stocking the exam rooms.
- Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
