We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Modesto, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You’ll work closely with internal departments to align client needs with our services and solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client goals and provide tailored solutions
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
Prepare regular reports and updates for clients and senior management
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
