Our firm is looking for a full-time Client Sales Associate who is eager to build a career with continuous coaching, development, and long-term growth opportunities. The Client Sales Associate will be responsible for executing field sales and business sales campaigns aimed at driving customer growth and achieving customer acquisition goals. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring the program's progress and evaluating its success as the individual advances into a senior-level position. We are seeking an entry-level candidate who will contribute to and grow with our expanding team.
Client Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cultivate leads to uncover new sales opportunities and drive organizational growth.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients to enhance sales and customer retention.
- Contribute to the execution of strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise bespoke strategies and solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
- Manage lead pipelines, qualify prospects, and effectively convert them into customers.
- Represent the company at industry events to expand the customer network and elevate brand presence.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets to support company growth and success.
Client Sales Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of experience in sales, marketing, business, or management is preferred but not required.
- Equipped with comprehensive skills in organizational leadership, strategic planning,and operational efficiency.
- Keen understanding of the specific industry of business and sales is beneficial for tailoring strategies effectively.
