Private Risk - Client Service Executive
The Private Risk - Client Service Executive plays a crucial role in our organization, driving the conversion of prospects into clients and ensuring a comprehensive insurance portfolio is tailored to meet client needs. This role requires strategic thinking, client education, and a deep understanding of underwriting and quoting processes. As a key team member, the PRC will also support colleagues, develop client proposals, and manage the onboarding process.
WHAT YOU?LL DO (Essential Job Tasks)
As a Client Service Executive, you will:
Client Conversion & Management
- Convert prospects into clients through strategic engagement and tailored solutions
- Master the rating and quoting processes with all carriers to provide accurate and competitive offers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of underwriting appetites to align client needs with appropriate carriers
- Create detailed proposals for prospective clients and present new business opportunities effectively
- Manage the referral process to maximize client acquisition and retention
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and satisfaction
Client Education & Support
- Educate prospects and clients on the value of a well-structured insurance portfolio
- Assist the team with remarketing efforts to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with underwriters to facilitate smooth operations
Team Collaboration
- Act as a supportive team player, offering assistance and collaborating with colleagues as needed
- Provide feedback and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative work environment
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with effective planning and time management capabilities
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with prospects, clients, and carriers
- Proficiency in understanding and applying underwriting appetites and rating processes
