Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable and organized CSR/plumbing dispatcher to join our team in-office at our Atlantic Highlands headquarters. This individual will work in tandem with other customer service representatives to field phone communication, contribute to office-related tasks, provide administrative support, and facilitate communication among owner, technicians, customers, suppliers, and the company. The CSR/dispatcher should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, self-directed work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains customer database and ensures complete, accurate, and updated entry of customer information
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, lead times, service, invoicing, and general inquiries
- Responds to service requests via phone, email, text message
- Performs administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication; addresses all concerns, questions, or problems expediently and professionally
- Maintains a courteous demeanor with all customers, associates, plumbers, suppliers, etc.
- Schedules return trips with customers to complete jobs after arrival of parts

- Geographical knowledge of Monmouth County service area/excellent map reading skills
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, job scheduling/CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass employment check/drug screen
- GED or high school diploma
