As a Beauty Advisor at Aeracura, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized and inspiring experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your knowledge of our services and products to educate and encourage customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional and inviting experience. You will be part of a high-performing team that collaborates to create impactful in-store experiences and maintain high standards of artistry, setting our salon apart. This position is ideal for dynamic self-starters looking to jump into the prestige beauty industry. While prior retail experience is preferred, we also welcome applicants with amateur experience who can demonstrate a strong level of communication, initiative, and problem-solving skill. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and inspirational customer service - making every guest feel valued.
- Utilize training and product/service knowledge expertise to educate and guide clients.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate client bookings & schedules.
- Maintain high standards of visual appeal and salon cleanliness
- Work schedules that may include mornings, days, and evenings.
Requirements
- Preferred previous retail or customer service experience.
- Ability to demonstrate high levels enthusiasm and client engagement.
- Proven ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software is required.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
