Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need throughout the claims process. Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Support: Serve as a member of the primary contact team for veterans seeking assistance with VA disability claims. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for Intake evaluations, invoicing and questions
Case Management: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, gathering support documentation and understanding the complexities of the VA claims process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case details in our CRM system.
Quality Assurance: conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Always strive for excellence in customer service delivery.
Team Collaboration: collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to support overall firm objectives and ensure seamless client service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to deescalate challenging and/or emotional situations
- Cold calling/telemarketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work independently
- Familiarity with VA disability claims process is a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer and talking on phone or video calls
- Former military and military spouses encouraged to apply
