Clinical Assistant
Assists with daily clinical functions of the office.
Regular attendance is an essential part of this job and you must be willing to work. A passion for patient centered treatment and a genuine interest in working with patients of all ages is necessary.
HOURS:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (ROTATING BETWEEN THE SHIFTS BELOW)
7:30AM TO 5:00PM
8:30AM TO 5:30PM
9:00AM TO 6:00PM
SATURDAYS 7:30AM TO 12:00PM (work every 3rd Saturday, off Thursday the same week)
PAY:
$15.00 plus weekly bonuses

DUTIES:
-Record medical history
-Assist with therapies including dry needling
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of office
-Ensure doctors’ areas are ready to see patients
-Put patients on adjusting tables in correct order
-Prepare necessary papers, affidavits, waivers, and home instructions
-Be willing and able to take Limited X-ray Course
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Covers for other associates when on vacation, leave, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
-Dependable work record
-Have the ability to use a computer, phone, fax, and copier
