Clinical Director (BCBA)

Connectify Therapy is launching in Colorado and looking for a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and shape our ABA services. This is a rare chance to help build something special — with strong backing, full clinical autonomy, and zero financial risk.

What You’ll Do
- Lead clinical programming and outcomes
- Support and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and families
- Oversee new client intake and treatment planning
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA in good standing
- Experience supervising or leading teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset — someone excited to help shape and grow a practice
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A passion for helping kids and families thrive
