We’re looking for an individual who sees patients as people, not charts, and understands that kindness, follow-through, and communication matter just as much as clinical skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming, respectful experience from start to finish
- Take vitals, review intake forms, prep patients for physician visit
- Draw labs and give injections (training provided as needed)
- Assist with procedures, patient education, EMR documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Occasionally help cover our Matthews location when team members are out
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of MA experience in a clinical setting
- Calm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys being part of a small, efficient, no-drama team
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to occasionally support Matthews location
- A “can-do” attitude and commitment to great service — no clock-puncher mentality
What We Offer:
- $19–22/hour starting pay, depending on interview and relevant experience
- PTO after 90 days
- A 4 day work week, typically Tuesday - Friday at the Ballantyne location
