About the Position:
As a Wellness Assistant at HealthWorks, your focus will be helping patients at the adjustment tables, making sure they are seen in the order they checked in, and supporting patient flow throughout the clinic. You’ll also assist in setting patients up for various therapies, such as Shockwave, QEWB, PEMF, and Red Light Therapy, working closely with other team members to keep things moving smoothly.
Each day, you'll build and execute a plan to make sure patients receive all their scheduled care on time.
The role is active — expect lots of walking as you "flip" and "load" tables and communicate constantly with your team to remove roadblocks and support patient care.
You’ll need to be outgoing, thoughtful, empathetic, and able to interact easily with patients — remembering appointment types and treatment plans will be key to your success.
You don't need experience in an office setting or chiropractic for this position - we would be happy to train the right person for the job! While prior experience in an office or chiropractic setting is not required, enthusiasm for holistic health and a passion for working with people are must-haves.
Working Hours
- Monday - 7:30am to 12, Lunch 12 to 2, 2pm to 6:30pm (9 hours)
- Tuesday - 7:15am to 12:15pm (5.25 hours)
- Wednesday - 7:30am to 12, Lunch 12 to 2, 2pm to 6:30pm (9 hours)
- Thursday - 7:30am to 3:30pm (8 hours)
- Friday - 7:15am to 12:30pm (5.25 hours)
- Full Time employees work 35+ hours each week

HealthWorks has been in business for over 18 years! Our small office sees patients from all over for Chiropractic care. Everyone on our team genuinely enjoys coming to work because we understand the impact we get to have on the patients we see, and you can feel that energy when you walk through the door. We recently expanded our office into the suite next door, and we are looking to add another team member to help support our patient and appointment flow. We also just hired a third doctor, so our office is continuing to grow!

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of stable, consistent work history
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with holistic health or strong interest in learning
- Self-motivated worker, able to work independently and/or with a team
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to stand and walk for 90% of the day
- Comfortable with computers, scanners, and Google Workspace
- Fast problem-solver and strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Able to lift, move, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to lift, move, push, pull, or carry up to 50lbs
