Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for mental health and a talent for guiding others? We're looking for a Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health to join our dedicated team and help shape the future of care for children, adults, and families. In this vital role, you'll oversee the delivery of individual and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and compliance with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations. You'll provide direct supervision to clinicians and interns, fostering growth and excellence in clinical practice. Regular bi-weekly supervision with the Clinic Director and Administrative Director will support your professional development and alignment with program goals. Requirements:
- Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, LCSW required
- Minimum three years' experience in a clinic serving children/adolescents and families and one year as a supervisor.
- Have a working knowledge of complex interplay among the different child serving systems including Child Welfare, OMH, and Education
- Office of Mental Health experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
