CMM Programmer
Location: Manitowoc, WI
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
Seeking a CMM Programmer to join our quality team. This role involves programming, operating, and troubleshooting Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software to inspect production and vendor parts. If you have Experience in Coordinate measuring machine programming experience and a strong understanding of GD&T, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspections based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Program and operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS (with and without 3D models).
- Conduct first article inspections and maintain PPAP documentation.
- Troubleshoot CMM software/hardware issues and provide solutions to the QA team.
- Train quality technicians on CMM equipment and software usage.
- Create and improve standard work instructions for inspection procedures.
- Assist in CMM fixture development and maintenance.
- Ensure proper setup, teardown, and calibration of precision gauges.
- Support quality assurance and engineering teams with inspection data and analysis.
- Provide technical support during new product development and launch.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Required Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of CMM programming experience.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Associate Degree in a technical field.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF standards.
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in PC-DMIS CMM programming.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
