Requirements

MUST have a active NY P&C Insurance license

Experience: Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues and client inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall team's success.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems, insurance software, and CRM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Insurance Knowledge: Provide accurate information about various insurance products and services, assisting clients in understanding their options and policies.

Policy Management: Handle policy updates, renewals, and modifications, ensuring efficient processing and accurate record-keeping.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues swiftly, offering solutions that meet the clients needs and expectations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to enhance the overall client experience and ensure seamless service delivery.

Documentation: Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
