Are you an experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently partnering with a highly respected commercial drywall contractor based just west of Philadelphia. This firm specializes in drywall for school buildings and is looking to expand into additional commercial markets
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator who can take the lead on projects, collaborate with the owner, and help drive the business forward. You’ll be joining a supportive team in a company known for its stability and strong reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial drywall projects
- Work on a variety of projects including metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, drywall, trim, and door work
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, Plexxis, or comparable tools)
- Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and clients to ensure project success
- Help identify new opportunities for business growth in both existing and new commercial markets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Drywall Estimator
- Proven track record of successfully estimating diverse commercial drywall projects
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, Plexxis, or similar software tools
- Excellent attention to detail, strong math and analytical skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Must be local to Newtown Square, PA, or willing to relocate to the area

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
