Position Title: Community Engagement Manager
Location: Mishawaka, IN 46545
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday with occasional evening or weekend events
Pay Range: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience, with opportunities for raises after 90 days)

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and initiative-driven Community Engagement Manager to lead and expand our community presence.
Position Summary:
The Community Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in connecting with the community, coordinating outreach efforts, delivering meals, providing transportation services, and performing a range of tasks within their professional scope. This individual will be expected to take initiative and represent the organization positively at events, outreach activities, and during day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, presentations, and outreach activities.
- Deliver meals and assist with transportation services to support community members as needed.
- Take initiative in identifying outreach opportunities and building community partnerships.
- Manage outreach materials, social media engagement, and maintain a positive public presence.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, organizations, and businesses.
- Perform additional tasks within your scope of practice as assigned by leadership to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide weekly engagement and outreach reports.
- Represent the company with professionalism, compassion, and a team-focused attitude.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for meal deliveries and transport services.
- Prior experience in outreach, community engagement, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Comfort with social media platforms and community engagement tools.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and assist with other duties within scope when needed.
