Job Title: Community Manager
Department: Operations
Reports To: Regional Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Manage all aspects of assigned properties
•Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
•Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
•Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents
•Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
•Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
•Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
•Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
•Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
•Process monthly resident payments and ensuring account accuracy
•Maintain resident and vendor files
•Process move-in and move out paperwork.
•Vendor setup, process vendor invoices
•Work with HOA and Social Committee including public relations within the community and surrounding areas.
•Performs other duties, as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Community Manager is responsible for the direct management oversight of a 55 plus Manufactured Home Community. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Other Skills and Abilities
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects. In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management and local regulatory knowledge. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software .

The role involves a combination of office-based administrative tasks and active, on-the-ground presence throughout the resort's grounds. Daily interactions with residents, staff, and visitors are expected, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Employee must be comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, and occasionally manage emotionally sensitive situations. Some evening and weekend availability may be required for events or emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
