We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused Community Relations Manager to help build meaningful connections, promote impactful initiatives, and strengthen local partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers passionate about community engagement, nonprofit work, public relations, or community development.

As a Community Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in planning and executing community engagement strategies that align with our mission. You’ll build relationships with local leaders, nonprofits, and businesses to increase our visibility and foster collaboration. This entry-level position offers excellent hands-on experience in community outreach, event support, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Represent the organization at local events, workshops, and community meetings to share our mission and encourage participation.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community leaders, nonprofits, local businesses, and stakeholders.

  • Event Support: Assist with the execution of outreach events and public forums to drive community involvement.

  • Public Communication: Deliver clear and engaging presentations, distribute informational materials, and engage face-to-face with community members.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay community feedback to improve programs and tailor future initiatives.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain outreach records, update contact databases, and prepare reports on community engagement activities.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, outreach, and leadership teams to ensure community strategies support organizational goals.
