Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including forming, finishing, and installation. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on construction sites.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks to ensure high-quality results.
- Operate concrete pumping equipment as needed for project requirements.
- Renovate existing structures by removing old concrete and preparing surfaces for new installations.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in concrete forming, finishing, and installation techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools.
- Experience with power tools commonly used in concrete work.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Frame carpentry skills are advantageous for various project needs.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues on-site.

Job Type: Temporary
