E & J Electric and Geothermal Inc., based in Solon, Iowa is a full service HVAC, electric and plumbing contractor focused on providing quality solutions to both the residential and commercial construction industry. As a Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping ensure customers service calls are created and dispatched appropriately. In addition, you would assist in service billings and service agreement scheduling. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and Owner; and will require close coordination with all office staff.
Job Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Some OT may be required on an as-needed basis.
Key Duties:
-Answer in-bound service calls
-Create service dispatches and schedule with appropriate technician
-Assist customers with information on their pending jobs
-Check-in service tickets, forward any additional trip tickets or quotes for processing
-Schedule current service agreements and ensure 100% scheduling by month
-Complete service call payment processing and daily deposits
-Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
-Answer phones and provide excellent customer service for questions and any service call
-Cross-train for other office positions as back-up for as-needed assistance
Requirements / Success Factors:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
