Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, permitting, and execution of a single-family home construction project. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of utility coordination, dust control regulations, easements, and local permitting processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee permitting, including building, utility, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with dust control measures, zoning requirements, and easement restrictions.
- Resolve project challenges quickly to keep the project on track.
- Maintain clear communication with field superintendents and office staff and provide regular progress updates.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in residential permitting and utility processes
- Proven knowledge of single-family home construction, including site preparation and utilities installation.
- Familiarity with local permitting processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
- Knowledge and understanding of Maricopa County, Pinal County, City of Mesa & City of Scottsdale permitting requirements and ability to submit for and obtain building permits.
- Knowledge and experience applying for power and water services with local utility companies ( SRP, APS, Epcor Water, AZ Water etc.
Preferred
- Experience in the City/County/State permitting and inspection process.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, dust control measures, and easement laws.

Pay: $52,698.39 - $63,464.73 per year
