Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving sales performance while maintaining operational efficiency.
Duties
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development, and performance evaluations.
- Manage scheduling and shift management to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to build a strong team, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and bookkeeping practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure proper pricing strategies are in place.
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and drive traffic.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and organizational skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with supervisory experience.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in retail math for sales analysis and inventory control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ( Comcash System is a plus not required)
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in merchandising, purchasing, and marketing strategies within a retail environment.
- Ability to lead by example while fostering teamwork among staff members.

Pay: $48,098.75 - $61,278.54 per year
