Bloomberg’s Corporate Philanthropy Team’s mission is to harness the skills and resources of our employees and our business to benefit colleagues, communities, and clients around the world. Corporate Philanthropy is core to the culture of Bloomberg and has both an internal and external focus, striving to reflect the global scale, diversity, and culture at Bloomberg. We are dedicated to addressing unmet needs in the communities in which our employees live and work around the world. The Corporate Philanthropy team manages the Bloomberg's partnerships with charitable and cultural organizations globally, collaborates with departments, teams and offices to drive business, and coordinates all volunteer engagement and employee giving with partner organizations.
What's The Role?

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join the corporate philanthropy team as a program manager for our employee programs and non-profit partners focused on social impact. In addition to maintaining relationships with our partners, you will be driving engagement in their programs with employees, clients, and prospective job candidates.
You are goal and detail oriented, think critically, take appropriate initiative, and enjoy working with a diversity of stake holders. We’ll expect you to be nimble, understand our strategic priorities and be able to manage events and projects from conception to execution. In this role, we’ll trust you to work as part of a team, helping us to align corporate philanthropy’s goals with Bloomberg’s business priorities. Creativity, flexibility in terms of hours and approach to work, as well as excellent organization skills are key to the success of this position.

Salary Range = 120000 - 140000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
