CREDENTIALING ADMINISTRATOR
Full-Time, Hourly $24.00 - $28.85/hour

The Role: DDI’s Credentialing Administrator performs oversight of all work involving the coordination of credentialing compliance. Processes day-to-day credentialing functions on behalf of the organization to ensure that it meets all regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Perform staff credentialing pursuant to policies and regulations which include but are not limited to: Processes OPWDD Fingerprints, Daycare Fingerprints and waivers, processes DDI's Criminal Background Checks, State Central Registry Checks, Sexual Offender Registry Checks, Exclusion Screening, and oversee the processing of Educational Verification checks.
- Coordination of the daily activities of the Credentialing support staff.
- Principle liaison with Credentialing vendor(s) and regulatory agencies.
- Training of staff in credentialing procedures.
- Conduct staff interviews for results from State Central Registry and Education checks and work with HR management staff in the Safety Assessment process.
- Provide credentialing analytics for management review.
- Generate standard, custom and ad hoc reports in support of credentialing objectives.
- Coordinate divisional credentialing requirements and work directly with divisional support staff.
- Process required audits and monitors credentialing support staff’s audits for accuracy.
- Identify changes in regulations affecting the credentialing area and implement procedural changes in a timely manner as directed.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
- Participate in assigned committees.
- Other department wide projects as assigned.
What You Bring to the Role:
- High School Diploma and two years of experience in Human Resources or Credentialing
- Computer literate with ability to use MS Word, Excel & Power Point
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and detail oriented
- Experience in presenting and speaking in front of groups
- Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor.
