The Role
We are seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist (contract) who can work inside platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Klaviyo to build workflows, manage lists, score leads, and support clients with their day-to-day CRM needs.
This role is both technical and client-facing — you’ll be hands-on with execution while also collaborating with account managers and clients to ensure their systems are set up to drive growth, efficiency, and better customer experiences.
Responsibilities
CRM Management & Execution
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Manage and segment contact lists for personalized campaigns.
- Implement and refine lead scoring models to improve sales efficiency.
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure CRMs are clean and accurate.
Client Support & Strategy
- Partner with clients and account managers to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
- Train clients and team members on CRM features, dashboards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for CRM usage.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, lead flow, and campaign performance.
- Analyze customer journeys and recommend optimizations.
- Support attribution tracking and conversion funnel analysis.
Integration & Growth
- Assist with e-commerce and platform integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Document processes, workflows, and system architecture for future use.
- Stay current on CRM platform updates and evolving automation best practices.

Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience working inside CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo preferred).
- Proven experience building workflows, automations, and lead scoring systems.
- Strong background in list segmentation, campaign management, and reporting.
- Ability to translate client business goals into effective CRM setups.
- Familiarity with integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, APIs) a plus.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Agency or multi-client experience is a plus.
Compensation & Details
- Hourly pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Candidates with advanced CRM analytics expertise or overlapping skill sets may be compensated at the higher end of this range.
- Flexible schedule, but active presence and in-person collaboration required.
